We did the GCP to AWS migration by setting up AWS clusters of EC2 machines with a load balancer. We designed and implemented a robust personalized mobile app notification system using AWS SNS that supports 10 million+ notifications in a day. We also designed and implemented a scalable server-side and mobile app architecture with NodeJs and MongoDB to facilitate performance and a faster development delivery pipeline.
