1-2 years of experience in Human Resources in IT Company
Minimum of a Bachelor degree (MBA in HR is preferred)
- - Assist HR Manager on general human resources and administration matters
- - Recruitment
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
- Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
- Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
- Direct all hiring and training procedures for new employees
- - Handling all employee enquiries & grievances
- - Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
- - Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
- - Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
- - Conducting HR activities and events in the organisation
- - Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the senior management team informed of the operation

The Pre-Sales associate will work with Sales team to engage clients, understand their business needs and analyzing RFP & drafting technical/business proposals . Associate must be able to deliver solution's information in an effective way and demonstrate industry knowledge. Other important skills include: creating and delivering compelling presentations.
